Now we are looking for a Social Casino Manager who will be working closely with the Head of Casino, as well as liaising with campaign coordinators, CRM, content team. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Following campaigns from beginning to end and tracking their progress to ensure all of them are fully integrated.
  • Liaising closely with campaign coordinators and respective departments of Business intelligence, Content and Translations, CRM, Design, Marketing, Social Media, VIP and Loyalty to achieve the desired level of quality and atmosphere around the campaigns.
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
    Monitoring campaign performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and optimizing campaigns by testing and learning approach constantly.
  • Reporting campaign performance on a monthly basis to line-manager with regard to the KPls set, retention, active customers behavior, ROI and overall social casino performance.
  • Working closely with the Head and respective Account Managers of VIP and Loyalty Department to ensure the most valuable customers are receiving outstanding communication, offers and treatment.
  • Regular testing casino product functionalities to suggest improvements and report any concerns to the line-manager.
  • Managing onsite Social Casino games positioning.
  • Assisting other departments and teams and following up regarding any social casino queries or issues that may arise, which includes taking business decisions on individual cases when required.
  • Monitoring industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant, especially with regard to mobile technologies, product portfolio, games positioning, promotions, as well as new product features and promotion tools.
  • Guiding and maintaining good relationships between all brands and their external partners by managing day-to-day operations and requests in a swift and efficient manner.
  • Acting as Project Manager for developments with new providers and supporting existing integrations.
  • Working closely with UX designers and developers to optimize casino lobby and other key casino-related elements of the websites - this will require testing new features and functionalities of the casino platform.
  • Executing any additional work that may be handed by the Head of Department directly.


Key Competencies:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the casino product.
  • Analytical mindset and data driven with superior problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with multiple game providers including live casino.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
